One-Day Rental

Pick up, glow up, return the next day. Need longer? +15% of the rental price per extra day.

Security Hold

$100 per digit (credit-card hold). It disappears once the numbers come back safe and on time.

Care

No stickers, paint, tape, glitter, or water. Handle upright; keep cords tidy. We’ll handle the cleaning.

Return Deadline

Back to us by 6 p.m next day. Late? 25% of the rental price per day.

Damage or Loss

Minor scuffs are fine. Cracked acrylic, burnt LEDs, or missing power packs = repair or replacement cost.

Cancellations

• 3+ days out – full refund
• 2–1 days – 50% refund or one date change
• ≤ 24h – no refund (security hold still returns)

Setup Safety

Use the stand provided, plug into a standard outlet, unplug before moving, and keep away from rain and unsupervised kiddos.

Bring photo ID and the card used to book. All prices in CAD + tax.
