At Poshty, everything we create is made just for you, so we don’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless something goes truly basic. (aka: damaged items, incorrect Item shiped, or major delay on our part).
If your order arrives damaged and it was our doing (not the shipping carrier’s), we’ve got you covered. We’ll replace any affected items, free of charge if you let us know within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
