Welcome to Poshty! By using our website or placing an order, you're agreeing to our terms, aka the fine print, but Poshty-style. Please read these carefully, because by hanging out here, shopping with us, or booking our magic, you're saying “Yes!” to everything below.

This site is owned and operated by Poshty. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean the Poshty crew. When we say “you,” we mean our amazing customers, party lovers, browsers, and celebration seekers.

By accessing our site or purchasing anything from Poshty, you agree to these terms, as well as any additional policies we may link to (like our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy)

 

2. Age & Use

To shop Poshty, you need to be the age of majority in your location or have permission from someone who is. Also: no illegal or shady stuff, no hacking, no code bombs. We're here to spread sparkle, not chaos.

 

3. Our Services

We reserve the right to update, change, or glitter-bomb any part of our website or services at any time, including pricing and availability. We don’t guarantee that everything will always be perfect (life happens), but we promise to always try to make it right when it matters most.

 

4. Accuracy & Info

We do our best to keep things accurate, but ocasionally a typo slips through or a colour looks slightly different on your screen. That’s life.

Please note: our digital mockups use RGB colours (screen-based), while our final printed products are created using CMYK sublimation. This means colours may vary slightly between what you see and what you receive. It's not a flaw—it's just how printing magic works.

We may change things without notice, but if it impacts your order, you’ll hear from us.

 

5. Orders & Availability

We may limit or cancel orders that raise red flags—like bulk buying for resale or duplicate shipping addresses. If we make changes to your order, we’ll reach out via the contact info you provided. Keep it current, darling.

 

6. Custom Products

Almost everything we make is custom and made-to-order. Once production starts, changes or cancellations aren’t possible. Always double-check spelling, colours, and selections before you submit. (Trust us.)

 

7. Refunds & Replacements

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

Sometimes we link to other platforms, apps, or tools. We don’t control them, and we’re not responsible if they glitch, change, or misbehave. Use them at your own sparkle-loving risk.

 

9. Comments & Content

If you share ideas, feedback, or dreamy event photos with us, we may repost, share, or shout you out (with love and credit where due). Don’t send us anything harmful, hateful, or illegal, we’ll remove it and possibly remove you.

 

10. Privacy

11. No Drama Zone

You may not use this site or our content for anything unlawful, abusive, or shady. We reserve the right to block access or cancel services if things get messy (but let’s keep it cute and kind, okay?).
